1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to WD33 (wd33.im), an online Sports Betting and casino platform operating in Malaysia. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and WD33 ("Platform", "We", "Company").

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the WD33 platform, you expressly and implicitly agree to be bound by all provisions set out in these Terms, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy ours, which form part of this agreement.

WD33 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2Member Eligibility

To use WD33's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout the duration of membership.
• Is a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident present in Malaysia at the time of use.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or subject to restrictions imposed by WD33.
• Not use this platform on behalf of any third party or corporate entity.

Wd33 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on WD33 at any time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms. Should WD33 detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual (based on IP address, device, phone number, payment details, or other means), all associated accounts may be suspended or terminated and balances forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated whenever changes occur. Required information includes your full name as shown on your Malaysian ID, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid payment method.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Wd33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents, including a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), bank statement or proof of payment method, and a selfie with your identity document. This KYC process is mandatory before the first withdrawal exceeding RM 1,000 or as otherwise required by the platform.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

Wd33 supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian users. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM):

All deposited funds must originate from a legitimate source and be registered in your own name. WD33 does not accept third-party deposits. Any activity suspected of money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5Fund Withdrawal

5.1 General Withdrawal Conditions

Members may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Identity verification (KYC) has been completed successfully.
• No active bonus currently under a rollover period.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
• The account must not be under investigation or suspension.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Timeframe

Withdrawal processing times vary according to the member's VIP tier:

• Regular Members: 12–24 working hours
• Bronze Member: 12 hours
• Silver Member: 8 hours
• Gold Member: 6 hours
• Platinum & Diamond Members: Instant (typically within 15–30 minutes)

5.3 WD33's Right to Withhold Withdrawals

Wd33 reserves the right to suspend or reject withdrawals in the following cases: suspected fraud or illegal activity, KYC failure, breach of these Terms, or upon request by a competent authority. In such cases, wd33 will notify the member via their registered email or communication channel.

6Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by WD33 are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer. The general conditions applicable to all WD33 bonuses are as follows:

• Each member is entitled to claim each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash until the rollover requirements have been met.
• Rollover requirements must be met within the specified period, or the bonus will expire.
• WD33 reserves the right to revoke any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud or misuse.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

The WD33 Welcome Bonus of up to RM 288 is available to new members making their first deposit. A 10x rollover on the bonus amount is required before any withdrawal can be made. This bonus is valid for 30 days from the date of credit.

6.2 VIP Cashback

VIP Cashback is calculated based on weekly net losses and credited every Monday. The cashback rate depends on the member's VIP tier (5% for Bronze up to 20% for Diamond). Cashback carries no rollover requirement and can be withdrawn directly.

7Betting Rules

All betting on WD33 — whether Sports Betting on football (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL), badminton, cricket, e-sports, virtual sports, slots, Live Casino, or jackpots — is subject to the following general and specific rules:

7.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is only considered valid once electronic confirmation has been received by the WD33 system. Any bet that does not receive confirmation will not be counted, regardless of circumstances. Members are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection when placing bets.

7.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type, member VIP tier, and the event being wagered on. These limits are subject to change at any time at wd33's discretion, particularly for high-profile events such as the Super League final or Malaysia FA Cup.

7.3 Live Betting (In-Play)

Live betting allows you to place bets while a match is in progress. Odds for live bets change in real time and may differ significantly from pre-match odds. WD33 reserves the right to suspend or void live bets in the event of technical issues or unusual uncertainty surrounding the outcome.

7.4 Bet Cancellation

Confirmed bets may not be cancelled by the member unless WD33 offers a "cash out" option for that bet. WD33 reserves the right to void bets in cases of an obvious error in odds setting, technical disruption affecting the integrity of a bet, or clear evidence of result manipulation.

8Responsible Gaming

WD33 is fully committed to responsible gaming practices. We believe betting should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a financial burden or source of mental distress.

WD33 provides the following tools to help members play responsibly:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit you are comfortable with over a given period.
• Play Time Limit: Set a daily limit on the amount of time you spend on the platform.
• Mandatory Break: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform entirely for a minimum period of 6 months.

9Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WD33 account login details, including your username and password. WD33 recommends the following security measures:

• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
• Do not log in to your wd33 account over an unsecured public Wi-Fi network.

10Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure by Member

You may close your wd33 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all active bonuses will be forfeited and any valid cash balance (after all rollover requirements have been met) will be returned to you within 5 working days.

10.2 Closure by WD33

Wd33 reserves the right to close or suspend an account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• There is evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• You provided false information during registration or KYC.
• You hold multiple accounts.
• There is abuse of the bonus or promotions system.

In the event of account closure due to a breach, WD33 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including cash balance, bonuses, and any unprocessed winnings.

11Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, WD33 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect financial loss arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, internet outages, or regulatory decisions.
• Loss of account data or information resulting from the member's own negligence.
• Any game or betting outcome resulting from a decision made at the member's own discretion.

WD33 provides a betting platform as an entertainment service. All decisions to use the platform and the amounts wagered are the sole responsibility of the member.

12Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law

Wd33 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before taking effect, except in urgent circumstances requiring immediate changes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WD33 regarding the use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or warranties, whether written or oral.
